First off I have to say I never thought in a million years that life in general would be so technologically inclined that I would be blogging, but here I am on the blogging bandwagon...

One thing I want to talk about are the wonderful homes I have for sale right now, some really nice floor plans & awesome prices! I have several that have been reduced lately & are ready to move, one being a rental home we own @ 4500 Main St. (across from the Millbrook Post Office). I have recently reduced it to $114,900!!! It was recently appraised at $125,000! It's a 3 bedroom/2 bath home with a fenced backyard & covered back patio! Perfect for enjoying the weather we have been having lately!

Last Friday I reached a BIG mile marker....my 30 year anniversary in Real Estate! Wow, time flies when you're having fun & doing what you LOVE to do!

Now to talk about something fun..... the LPGA is at Robert Trent Jones in Prattville right now and my husband & I have a golfer that is staying with us (this is actually her 3rd year with us) at our home. Her name is Allison Fouch. Her parents have come to stay this year as well & we thoroughly enjoy having them all! They are from Michigan & they love coming to the south. It's so much fun meeting some of the golfing ladies as well as watching them do what they are so good at. It was a lot of fun yesterday watching "Allie" working with all of the grandchildren on some new golf swing techniques! My husband, Dwight loves playing golf, so he really gets into going & watching them & keeping up with them year-round.

On a sweet family note, we found out this week that our youngest daughter, Lauren, who is pregnant with her 2nd child, is having a little BOY. This will be our 6th grandchild-- 4 boys, 1 girl & now this little man. What a blessing! Leah Cate, our only granddaughter is truly going to be spoiled (and well taken care of with a brother & 4 boy cousins). We enjoy spending time with our daughters & their families so much, we try to have a family dinner once a week & let everybody catch up from the past week.
